Weekly rentals are available from mid-May through October, Saturday to Saturday. Rates range from $1,300 to $1,550 per week, depending on the season. A $200 security deposit is required two weeks before arrival and will be refunded within a week of departure, provided there are no damages or additional cleaning needed. All rates are subject to state sales tax.
