Since its complete renovation in 2022, Yellow Cottage has been equipped with modern amenities to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Inside, the modern Shaker-style kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you might need, including both Keurig and drip coffee makers. The cottage features two cozy bedrooms with queen-sized beds, central air conditioning, and a convenient washer/dryer. We provide all linens, towels, beach towels, and paper products, so you can pack light and focus on enjoying your vacation.

Our private dock can accommodate your boat with 3 feet of water depth and 50 feet of broadside dockage. For those who prefer not to bring their own boat, we offer the option to rent an Aqua-Patio pontoon or a JC Tritoon for an additional cost.
