Bright Water #Cottage is “delight of life”

…and we are delighted they decided to list with us. This cottage is on the shores of beautiful Lake Leelanau. Native Americans named it “lee-lan-au,” which means “delight of life.” Nailed it!

brightwatercottage1This Lake Leelanau vacation cottage is secluded, nestled in the woods next to the water, yet close to town. You have over 366 feet of private water frontage (which includes a sand beach) to call your own for a week. Don’t have a boat? Next to the dock is a Paddle King Paddle Boat which is there for you to use the whole week at no extra charge.

Plenty to do at the cottage and nearby! One of the more unique events is the annual Leland Wine and Food Festival – experience award winning wines, food and hors d’oeuvres from local restaurants. It’s a great “walk around” town that has easy access to public beaches, hiking trails, boat launches.

See all of our Leelanau County, Lake Leelanau vacation rentals – they are some of the first Michigan homes and cottages to list with us. No surprise though; these Michigan vacation rentals offer an unforgettable Michigan vacation experience. Couples and large groups can stay on or near Lake Leelanau.
