You have over 366 feet of private water frontage (which includes a sand beach) to call your own for a week. Don’t have a boat? Next to the dock is a Paddle King Paddle Boat which is there for you to use the whole week at no extra charge.

Plenty to do at the cottage and nearby! One of the more unique events is the annual Leland Wine and Food Festival – experience award winning wines, food and hors d’oeuvres from local restaurants. It’s a great “walk around” town that has easy access to public beaches, hiking trails, boat launches.
